The Day of Wedding Package

Designed to help you execute your special day. At this point, all planning is complete and you just need us to be there to orchestrate a seamless event. We will discuss all your wedding details and require all information on your ceremony and reception. All you'll have to do is get ready to have the time of your life! We require at least a month's notice so that we can be fully prepped and ready on wedding day.  Our journey begins with a complimentary consultation to discuss the vision of your wedding and what you still need help with. The investment includes:

• Two in-person meetings as well as email and phone communication throughout the planning process

• Confirm all arrangements for wedding day

• Confirm rental items  delivery and return times

• Direct and coordinate wedding ceremony and reception

• Provide wedding day timeline

• Provide reception floorplan/layout

• Direct wedding rehearsal

• Ensure you're on track with seating arrangements and escort cards

• Setup the ceremony and reception sites

• Oversee coordination of venue and vendors on wedding day

• Provide adequate event planning staff to ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding day
